Composition of Committee
5The Committee consists of the following members who are appointed by the Minister:
(a) an employee of the Department of Natural Resources and Energy Development;
(b) an employee of the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries;
(c) an employee of the Department of Health;
(d) a veterinarian who has exotic animal expertise;
(e) a representative of the New Brunswick Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals; and
(f) a person who, in the opinion of the Minister, has captive animal management expertise.
